The above improvements on Longswamp Creek was dispossessed of ten acres of said improvement in the year 1833 by the Georgians

“ 17 acres of cleared land good fence river bottom

The above improvement is on the Etowah River and was dispossessed in the year 1835 by the Georgians

 

Personally came before me Gall Catcher and Sau-to-kah of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing is a correct statement against the United States is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
