Claimant states that the first mentioned mare was stolen from him 1834 by a white man Claimant states that he saw the white man with his above described mare The two next mares was stolen from claimant by a white man citizen of the United States also claimant saw his mare in possession of the white man his name not recollected by claimant This was done in the year 1834 the yoke of oxen was taken at the same time by the white man claimant saw his oxen in possession of the white man after he stole them from claimant Claimant states that the 16 head of cattle was taken at the same time by the same white man and claimant saw his cattle in posession of the white man after they was stolen from him in 1834 The 18 head of hogs was stolen by the same white man in the year 1834 The same that took the cattle and claimant saw theem in his possession after he had stole them from him and that claimant has never received any pay for any of the above property
Personally came before me Ule-ut-ta-ne of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen by white citizen of the United States and the above account is correct and just to the best of his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me U-scu-u-su-to and A-tar-quo of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that they were well acquainted with claimants property and has seen the foregoing described property in possession of white men citizens of the United State and that the forgoing account is just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
