Personally came before me Too-nar-na-lar of the  Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the forgoing statement of claims against the  United States for property forced  to abandon since the 23 of May 1838  by the authorities of the United States is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief

Affirmed to before me this the 6 of Sept 1838
