“ 1 stable cabin roof 14 feet by 12
“ 2 fields 19 acres botton land good fence
“ 1000 new rails
“ 37 apple trees bearing
“ 3 cherry trees bearing
“ 5 small plumb trees
Was dispossessed of the above improvement in 1836 improvement on Little River 2 miles from the former
“ 1 field 13 acres river bottom
Personally came before me Tquar-na and John Poe of the Cherokee Nation and solemnly affirmed that the foregoing statement of claim against the United States for improvements are just and true to the best of their knowledge and belief
