The above described cattle was stolen in the year 1833 claimant states that his cattle was stolen out of the house and claimant and his brother tracked them and found them in possession of a whiteman by the name of Bolch(?) a citizen of the United States claimant could not get his cattle neither has he received any compensation for the same
The hogs was stolen in the year 1834
Claimant states [struck out: states] that he found a whiteman his name unknown to claimant calling his hogs hogs in the woods with his dogs said whiteman took all of claimants hogs and he has not seen them since neither has he received any compensation for any of the above described property all of which was stolen by whiteman citizens of the United States personally came before me Isaac Chu-ee of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that the above is a correct statement of claims against the United States for property stolen from him by whitemencitizens of the United States and the above account is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief

Personally came before me John Chu-ee of the Cherokee Nation East and solemnly affirmed that he was well acquainted with claimants property and he has seen the above described cattle of claimants in possession of a whiteman by the name of Bolch(?) and believes claimants hogs was stolen by a whiteman citizen of the United States and the above account is just and true to the best of his knowledge and belief
